Our client, a leading name in premium moulding and millwork, is seeking a highly organized, detail-driven Estimator to join their expanding remote team. Known for serving discerning clientele with precision-crafted moulding solutions, they are looking for someone who can translate creative designs into exact execution with accuracy and professionalism.
This is a fully remote role where you will work closely with design, sales, and production teams to bring high-end architectural visions to life.

- Take-Offs and Material Quantification: Generate precise take-offs focused on moulding profiles, specialty details, and linear footage. Develop comprehensive material lists from project plans.
- Vendor Pricing and Sourcing: Request, review, and compare vendor pricing to secure competitive material costs. Stay updated on materials, product innovations, and sourcing options.
- Scope of Work Development: Create detailed, line-item scopes of work, including materials, labor, and timelines for both internal teams and clients.
- Estimate Review and Approval: Submit completed estimates for leadership review, revise based on feedback, and ensure estimates are fully transparent and accurate.
- Client Communication: Deliver professional final estimates to customers, address their questions, and update documents as needed.
- Workflow and Collaboration: Maintain strong communication across design, sales, and production departments. Keep project management software updated for full transparency.
- Handoff to Purchasing: Once estimates are approved, hand over finalized scopes and documentation to the purchasing team for order processing and production planning.
