We boldly go. Responsibilities Study and understand BMS tender/ project specification documents and drawings. Prepare bill of quantities for the project. Prepare cost estimates and technical submittals for projects. Prepare and maintain cost data for projects. Liaise with vendors to obtain best pricing for materials. Prepare and issue RFQ (Request for Quotation). Prepare technical and commercial clarifications to customer and suppliers. Coordinate with the project team to manage the bid process. Assist in the preparation of project proposals. Skills/Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field. Minimum 3 years of experience in HVAC systems and estimation. Strong knowledge of HVAC equipment and systems. Proficiency in using estimation software. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
