Citycare Property is seeking a skilled Estimator to lead pricing, estimating, and tender development for The Project Office (TPO) portfolio. You'll play a pivotal role in winning work, analysing tender requirements, and ensuring our bids are accurate, competitive, and aligned with client expectations. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced tendering environment, brings strong commercial and analytical capability, and values meaningful relationships with customers, contractors, and stakeholders. As part of the TPO team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions to meet those needs. You'll also work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure that our bids are aligned with business objectives and that we're delivering value to our customers.
