The Role – Estimator
You’ll be pricing commercial fitout and refurb projects and working closely with the pre-con and delivery teams. Perfect for someone driven, confident in communication, and looking to continue developing.

You’ll be pricing commercial fitout and refurb projects and working closely with the pre-con and delivery teams. Perfect for someone driven, confident in communication, and looking to continue developing.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Review SOW, tenders, and client requirements
- Liaise with subcontractors & suppliers for pricing
- Prepare BOQs and cost comparison schedules
- Support proposal development with delivery teams
- Conduct site inspections as required
- 3+ years estimating experience in commercial fitout/refurb projects
- CostX / Cubit / Buildsoft (or similar)
- Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related (desirable)
- Head Contractor experience – essential
- Site background / trade background – highly regarded
- Strong communicator with commercial awareness and negotiation skills
