Civil Construction Estimator – Municipal & Transit Infrastructure Location: Greater Toronto Area (GTA) Full-Time | Permanent Salary: $110,000–$180,000 Benefits Bonus About the Company: Our client is a leading civil contractor specializing in municipal infrastructure and transit-related projects, with expertise in underground utilities, roadworks, bridge construction, and large-scale excavations. Known for delivering high-quality and complex projects on schedule and within budget, the company is seeking an experienced Estimator to join their team. As a key member of the estimating department, you will be responsible for preparing accurate and detailed estimates for various civil construction projects. This includes analyzing project requirements, identifying potential risks and opportunities, and developing comprehensive cost estimates. You will also work closely with the project management team to ensure that all estimates are aligned with the company's overall business objectives. Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field; • 5+ years of experience as an Estimator in civil construction; • Strong understanding of municipal infrastructure and transit-related projects; • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills; • Ability to work independently and as part of a team; • Proficiency in estimating software such as PlanGrid, ProEst, or similar tools.
