Montreal, QC Permanent full-time position Salary between $100,000 and $140,000 + commissions About the company Company specializing in construction and rehabilitation of complex infrastructure, recognized for its innovative methods and ability to complete large-scale projects. It brings together over 150 engineers and technicians and emphasizes professional development, dynamism, and knowledge sharing. Your role Attached to the Montreal office, you will participate in comprehensive submission processes for projects of importance in Quebec and Ontario. You will be responsible for analyzing plans, estimating costs, coordinating suppliers and subcontractors, and contributing to the development of methods and schedules. Main responsibilitiesPlan analysis and estimates
Method development for project realization
Quantity validation
Supplier and subcontractor management
Schedule and cost establishment with estimation tools
Participation in site visits and bid closings
Desired profile
Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, technical engineering, estimation, surveying, or equivalent
Minimum 5 years of construction site experience including a significant portion in estimation
Fine attention to detail and respect for deadlines
Knowledge of Autodesk suite (asset)
Knowledge of TPL software (asset)
Intermediate or advanced English skills (asset)
