Estimator

A well-established plumbing subcontractor delivering commercial construction projects across Australia is seeking an Estimator to join their team. This role will see you working closely with the project and leadership teams to prepare accurate cost estimates and support the successful tendering of plumbing packages across a range of projects. This is a great opportunity for an estimator with experience in the plumbing industry who is looking to join a stable contractor with a consistent pipeline of work. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of plumbing construction methods, materials, and costs, as well as excellent communication and problem-solving skills. You will be responsible for preparing detailed estimates for plumbing packages, including reviewing project specifications, identifying potential risks and opportunities, and developing strategies to mitigate these.
