Estimating Analyst

As an Estimating analyst you will work closely with leaders of the department to support the projects with estimates, improve processes, measure performance, and help the department scale as we continue expanding. Additionally, you will play a key role in coordinating internal efforts between the sales and operations teams, making this position crucial for the internal management of projects. The Estimating Department is one of the most important departments within our company. Its role is to analyze and estimate project costs, develop and maintain estimating processes, and provide accurate and timely estimates to support business decisions. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, including sales teams, operations teams, and other department leaders. Your strong analytical skills and attention to detail will enable you to identify areas of improvement and implement changes that drive efficiency and productivity. This role requires a high level of collaboration, communication, and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.
