Internship in Lean Manufacturing

Job Description Summary The O(A) intern in Lean Manufacturing will join the team responsible for disseminating the Lean culture within the site through activities such as: trainings, continuous improvement, kaizen events and daily management. Job Description Main Responsibilities: Support the lean manufacturing department in managing internal improvement programs, 5S, Problem Resolution; Conduct training sessions on Lean tools; Support and lead kaizen events; Implement improvements and monitor progress; Collaborate with other departments to promote a culture of continuous improvement; Develop and maintain documentation related to lean initiatives; Participate in the development and implementation of new processes and procedures; Analyze and improve existing processes; Identify and implement best practices; Support the development of a culture of continuous learning and improvement. Job Description Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or related field; Experience with lean manufacturing principles and tools; Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; Ability to work in a team environment; Willingness to learn and adapt to new situations; Familiarity with MS Office and Google Suite.
