For a client company, an organization operating in the Beauty & Wellness sector, we are looking for a:

SENIOR BEAUTICIAN

The resource will have the following responsibilities:

• Contribute to the definition and application of the SPA area's commercial strategy, both for stand-alone services and within the packages offered by the Center;
• Contribute to the definition of the aesthetic treatments offer, taking care of the type of services, the price list, and related commercial actions aimed at customers;
• Directly perform the aesthetic services and scheduled treatments, including massages and aesthetic treatments;
• Perform microdermabrasion and ultrasound treatments;
• Coordinate the team of operators, both employees and professionals with VAT numbers;
• Manage and organize technical staff;
• Organize and plan events within the Center;
• Liaise with external suppliers for aspects within their competence;
• Collaborate with the SPA Manager and the Center's Management, participating in activities within their competence.

Requirements

• Professional qualification as Technical Director;
• Previous experience of at least 3-5 years in the aesthetic sector;
• Preferable possession of a laser license, particularly for the Stezzano location;
• Solid experience in performing aesthetic treatments and massages;
• Good organizational and staff coordination skills;
• Propensity for customer contact and orientation towards service quality;
• Ability to work independently and to effectively interact with colleagues, professionals, and suppliers.

• Location: Jesolo (VE)

Remuneration

• Gross Annual Salary (RAL): €24,000 – €27,000 gross per year;
• Contract: initial fixed-term contract for one year, aimed at subsequent conversion to a permanent contract;
• Alternatively, possibility of collaboration under VAT regime

The remuneration is defined based on objective criteria: experience, skills, and responsibilities of the role.
