For a client company, a reality specialized in definitive laser hair removal, which since 2010 has revolutionized the sector by creating a network of beauty centers present throughout Italy, we are looking for a:

LASER HAIR REMOVAL ESTHETICIAN WITH TECHNICAL DIRECTION

The resource will have the following responsibilities:

• Perform laser hair removal treatments;
• Manage commercial consultations aimed at selling treatment plans;
• Manage client appointments and daily operational activities;
• Ensure organization, sanitation, and correct management of the center according to company protocols.

Requirements:

• Aesthetics diploma with the necessary technical qualification for the profession of esthetician;
• At least 1 year of experience in the use of aesthetic laser;
• Good commercial, relational, and organizational skills;
• Good proficiency with computer tools and management software.

Working hours:

Full Time, from Tuesday to Saturday, 10:30 AM - 7:30 PM with a 1-hour lunch break.

Workplace:

Bolzano (BZ)

Remuneration:

• Gross Annual Salary (RAL): €22,000/€29,000;
• Bonus upon achievement of commercial objectives.

Remuneration is defined based on objective criteria: experience, skills, and responsibilities of the role.
