To strengthen the Spa team of the 5* ADLER Lodge RITTEN in Soprabolzano, we are looking from January 2026 for an/une esthetician (m/f/d), with the possibility of full-time, part-time, or freelance employment. Your activities: - You are responsible for the execution of esthetic and therapeutic treatments according to ADLER spa standards. - You are in charge of caring for and maintaining the spa cabins. - You are the point of reference, proposing treatments to guests based on their needs and requirements. - You love advising our guests on purchasing our well-being products. - You transmit at any moment to our guests the philosophy of vacation ADLER. Your talents: - You have completed a professional training in the sector. - You have successfully completed a training as a yoga and/or pilates instructor. - You have the necessary sensitivity to respond individually to the needs of our guests. - You show team spirit and willingness to help, considering them among your strengths. - You have talent for sales and consulting, knowing how to involve guests in purchasing our product line. - You are a proactive person with a well-groomed appearance. - You have good knowledge of Italian, English, and possibly German.
