Adecco Italia is seeking an Estetista for a leading multinational retail group in the selective perfumery world. The selected candidate will be responsible for: Selling beauty products and services such as manicures, pedicures, semi-permanent nail polish application, nail reconstruction, epilation, facial and body treatments (manual or with machines), makeup application; Applying the most effective sales techniques to ensure top-notch beauty consulting service to clients; Fostering client loyalty and expanding the customer network; The ideal candidate: Holds a Professional Qualification; Has previous sales experience in the beauty sector and has a commercial orientation; Has good knowledge of the English language; Is available to work on shifts, including Saturdays or Sundays; Wants to work in a dynamic context with strong initiative, curiosity, and self-motivation; Has excellent relational skills, predisposition to problem-solving, and teamwork.
