Estate Manager, Premium Location - Mureș

We are looking for an experienced Estate Manager in HoReCa/hospitality, who will coordinate the operational activity of a premium estate and its corresponding team.

Location: approximately 30 km from Târgu Mureș

Responsibilities:

• Coordination of daily activity and the team;
• Organization and monitoring of operations, events, and guest services;
• Management of suppliers, costs, inventories, and maintenance works;
• Monitoring of quality and hospitality standards;
• Identifying problems and implementing solutions;
• Direct reporting to management.

Requirements

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in HoReCa/hospitality management, hotel, restaurant, events, or administration of a complex location;
• Experience in team coordination;
• Romanian, Hungarian, and English languages – advanced level;
• Very good organizational, communication, and leadership skills;
• Autonomy, discretion, and solution orientation.
• Category B driving license.

Advantageous: experience in the wine industry and/or administration of premium locations.
