About the Position:

This is a unique opportunity for an Estate Litigation Lawyer ready to take the next step in their career. You’ll work with a high-calibre team across a wide range of contentious estate matters, with the autonomy to manage your own files and the support of senior litigators and dedicated administrative staff.

Your caseload will include:

• Family provision claims and contested wills
• Executor and trustee disputes
• Probate and letters of administration challenges
• Trust disputes and breach of fiduciary duties
• Representation in the Supreme Court, District Court, and SAT

The role involves working closely with related practice areas, including Wills & Estates and Commercial Litigation, offering diverse and interesting matters with a multi-disciplinary approach.

Key Requirements:

• 5+ years PAE in estate litigation or similar dispute areas
• Strong written and oral advocacy skills
• Proven ability to manage files and competing deadlines
• Deep understanding of WA succession laws
• Strong interpersonal skills and a client-first mindset
