About the Role:

We are looking for a confident and proactive Property Negotiator to join our Bath team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a customer-focused environment, enjoys building relationships, and is motivated to drive new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handling all incoming lettings and sales enquiries
• Conducting property viewings
• Providing timely and detailed viewer feedback to clients

Applicant Management

• Re-registering applicants to uncover missed opportunities
• Identifying opportunities for property appraisals
• Promoting and upselling value-add services

Business Generation

• Door knocking and leaflet dropping in target areas
• Exploring creative and proactive methods to bring in new instructions
• Supporting wider marketing and outreach initiatives

About You

• Confident communicator with strong people skills
• Highly organised with excellent follow-up habits
• Self-motivated and target-driven
• Positive attitude and willingness to get involved in local business-generation activities
• Previous experience in property is beneficial but not essential

Hours:

• Weekdays: 10:00am – 6:30pm
• Saturdays: 9:00am – 2:00pm

Flexible Working Options:

• Hours can be negotiated for candidates willing to work every Saturday, or
• Saturdays can be on rotation, with the benefit of having the following Friday afternoon off.
