Location: Central & East London (must reside within the division)
Salary: Up to £70,000 basic + OTE c.£150,000

Our clients are seeking an ambitious Estate Agency Director to take full ownership of a high-performing division across Central & East London. This is a senior leadership role with accountability for income, profit, market share, and growth across Estate Agency and Legal Services, with oversight of Financial Services and New Homes.
You'll be responsible for delivering a clear strategy, building a high-performing management team, and ensuring the division continues to dominate its market. This is a role for a proven operator who thrives on growth, innovation, and leading from the front.
