You will have the opportunity to interact with different departments, such as Supply Chain, logistics, and engineering.

You will help strengthen the company's relationship with its customers, contributing to continuous improvement of post-sales services and technical support.

• Intermediate knowledge in Pacote Office.
• Desejável conhecimento em Power BI.
• Desejável Inglês intermediário.

What will your daily routine be like?

• Customer service for demand analysis and component repair;
• FOLLOW-UP on performance indicator evolution alongside related areas;
• PARTICIPATION in the commercial process from start to finish, from component arrival at the factory to final delivery to the customer
  Interface with the manufacturing area for technical specification repassage according to client needs
• Report and presentation preparation using Power BI and Power Point
• Billing and financial result estimation
• Negotiations with internal and external clients
• Oracle system
• Participation in internal and external meetings;
• SUPPORTING customer service routines such as material availability, delivery control on scheduled dates, billing for services performed;
• Guarantee process management for locomotive fleets and repaired components delivered.
• Simplifying and automating processes to generate quick and objective reports.
