In the Human Resources Internship, we expect you:

• SUPPORT THE TRANSFORMATION AND MODERNIZATION OF INTERNAL PROCESSES, BRINGING NEW IDEAS AND SOLUTIONS.
• ASSIST IN PROJECTS OF INTERNAL COMMUNICATION, RECOGNITION, AND ENGAGEMENT.
• PARTICIPATE IN THE ORGANIZATION AND EXECUTION OF INTERNAL EVENTS AND ACTIVITIES FOR NEW COLLABORATORS.
• SUPPORT RECRUITMENT & SELECTION, FROM JOB POSTING AND CANDIDATE SCREENING TO ONBOARDING.
• CONTRIBUTE TO PROCESSSES OF ATTRACTING AND DEVELOPING INTERNS AND APPRENTICES, FOLLOWING THE CANDIDATE'S JOURNEY.

Requirements

• BE ENROLLED IN A SUPERIOR DEGREE IN ADMINISTRATION, ENGINEERING PRODUCTION, OR STATISTICS.
• PROACTIVE AND DISRUPTIVE PROFILE, WITH EASE IN WORKING IN A TEAM AND FOCUS ON PLANNING.
• INTEREST IN TECHNOLOGY AND DIGITAL TRANSFORMATION.
• ABILITY WITH DATA PROCESSING, WILL BE A DIFFERENTIAL.
• ADVANCED DOMINION OF THE OFFICE SUITE.
• FUENT ENGLISH
