Job description
You will be part of a team that lives and breathes sports. You will follow up on real-time conversations, create genuine connections with fans, and help transform this passion into a community. Here, you will learn firsthand how large sports brands function in social media, from monitoring to engagement, active listening to content creation.
What will your daily routine be like?
- FOLLOW UP ON CONVERSATIONS, TRENDS, AND MOVEMENTS IN SOCIAL MEDIA ABOUT SPORTS, TEAMS, ATHLETES, AND COMPETITIONS.
INTERACT, RESPOND TO COMMENTS, STIMULATE DIALOGUES, AND STRENGTHEN THE BOND BETWEEN FANS AND THE BRAND.
SUPPORT THE CONSTRUCTION OF SOCIAL LISTENING ROUTINES AND MAP OUT INSIGHTS ON AUDIENCE BEHAVIOR.
ASSIST IN CREATING RAPID CONTENT (COPIES, INSIGHTS, AND MEMES) IN SYNC WITH THE SPORTS UNIVERSE.
MONITOR COMPETITORS, INFLUENCERS, AND RELEVANT CREATORS IN THE SPORTS WORLD.
SUPPORT CONTENT PRODUCERS ON TOPICS, CALENDARS, AND FEEDBACK FROM THE COMMUNITY.
