Technical Support Internship - Ardagh Internship Program

About the area:

The Customer Technical Service (CTS) area works directly with large AMP clients, offering technical support in the application of aluminum cans and lids, monitoring improvement opportunities, tests, approvals, and solutions for daily challenges. It is a dynamic area, with strong interaction with clients and partnership with Engineering, Operations, Quality, and Commercial teams. As an intern, you will have the opportunity to support the team in managing actions and incidents, preparing reports, using tools like CRM, and monitoring technical demands, developing a broad view of the product, processes, and customer experience.

Main Activities:

• Management and analysis of data collected in the field via AMP CTS, including preventive and corrective reports;
• Registration and monitoring of customer incidents, identifying improvement opportunities through RAQ (Quality Alert Registration);
• Monitoring and analysis of indicators related to customer complaints;
• Direct involvement in the CRM platform to support operations and customer relations;
• Support for AMP SA CTS management in preparing strategic data presentations for internal and global teams;
• Development of insights from collected data to guide strategic decisions.

Requirements:

• Currently pursuing higher education in engineering;
• Expected graduation by December/2028;
• Intermediate Excel skills;
• Intermediate English (desirable).
