Finance Department Internship

Job description

As an intern in the Finance Department, we expect from you:
  • Assist the Finance Department in administrative routines.
  • Assist in updating spreadsheets in the execution of department service.
  • Support in the acquisition of products listed in the “Market List” (inventory and direct) requested through the Butcher, Restaurants Pérgula, Cipriani, Mee, Banquets, Dining Room, Residents, and Room Service.
  • Issue purchase orders.
  • Research new products and/or suppliers via internet and/or supplier catalogs and/or consult with other hotels/establishments.
Requirements
  • Be enrolled in a superior education program in Administration or Accounting.
  • Availability to intern from 09:00 to 16:00.
  • Advanced Excel, will be a differential.
  • English, will be a differential.
