Who will you work with?

With the global team of Product Support Engineers (PSE) at Wabtec Digital Mine. The selected person will be mentored by a PSE based in Contagem, with support from the team and the company as a whole.

How will you make a difference?
This role has direct contact with clients, working with Vale — the largest mining company in Brazil — among other level 1 miners. This position is essential for the success and continuity of safe mining operations.

What do we want to know about you?

• Cursando Engenharia Elétrica, Mecatrônica, Automação, Software, Ciência da Computação e áreas afins com previsão de formatura a partir de 2027.
• Inglês avançado e/ou fluente.
• Habilidades de comunicação e relacionamento interpessoal.

What will your day-to-day be like?

• Working alongside our specialist engineers, asking questions and learning.
• Assisting our field technicians with software-related doubts.
• Reproducing client architecture and problems in our laboratory.
• Testing software versions and updates based on client configurations.
• Participating in meetings with clients and team to discuss priorities and actions.
• Learning essential interpersonal skills to handle clients and other stakeholders.
