Job Information:

• Schedule: Monday to Friday, from 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM (with 2 hours for lunch);
• Program period: August 2026 to July 2027;
• Work location: Mandu Unit - Guaíra/SP

Main Activities:

• Monitoring performance indicators and operational yields in the Mechanization area;
• Assisting in the development of charts and management reports to support decision-making;
• Supporting the development and updating of Work Instructions (WIs), promoting process standardization;
• Participation and conduction of Kaizen initiatives focused on continuous improvement;
• Identification and implementation of process optimization opportunities;
• Supporting the Mechanization team's routines, contributing to increased operational efficiency;
• Assisting in data analysis and results monitoring to support the area's strategies.

Requirements:

• Currently pursuing Agronomy throughout the entire internship period (until July 2027);
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel;
• Reside in Guaíra or Barretos.
