- Follow and update incidents, requests, changes, and problems.
- Interact with users and global teams to provide basic support for applications.
- Support documentation of processes and creation of a knowledge base.
- Participate in functional tests (UAT) and post-implementation validations.
- Perform initial problem triage and routing to technical responsible personnel.
