About the opportunity:

We are looking for a Revenue Management Intern to work in a dynamic, high-standard environment, contributing to the hotel's revenue maximization strategies. This is an excellent opportunity to develop knowledge in hospitality, data analysis, pricing, and market intelligence, working alongside experienced professionals in the field.

Main responsibilities:

• Support the Revenue Management team in analyzing performance indicators, occupancy, average daily rate (ADR), revenue per available room (RevPAR), and other business metrics.
• Assist in monitoring competitor rates and conditions.
• Prepare and update operational and management reports.
• Conduct market trend, demand, and booking behavior analyses.
• Support the management and updating of rates across distribution channels.
• Contribute to the preparation of occupancy and revenue forecasts.
• Assist in monitoring accommodation inventory and commercial strategies.
• Interact with the Reservations, Sales, Marketing, and Operations departments to collect and analyze relevant information.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Administration, Hospitality, Tourism, Economics, Engineering, Statistics, or related fields.
• Knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
• Aptitude for numbers, data analysis, and report generation.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Advanced English will be considered a plus.
• Knowledge of Power BI, Tableau, or data analysis tools will be a plus.
• Previous experience in hospitality, tourism, or analytical areas will be a plus.
• Familiarity with hotel management systems (PMS, CRS, or RMS) will be a plus.
• Knowledge of Revenue Management indicators will be a plus.
