Responsibilities and Assignments: Support in mapping, development and implementation of processes and procedures for the company's operations; Assist in the analysis and improvement of existing processes; Collaborate with the team to identify areas for process optimization; Develop and maintain documentation of processes and procedures; Provide support to other departments as needed; Participate in training and development programs to improve skills and knowledge. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field; 0-2 years of experience in a similar role; Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; Ability to work independently and as part of a team; Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel; Familiarity with process mapping tools and techniques.
