Job description
Direct support to a team of lawyers in contractual, corporate, and M&A operations demands; Support in analyzing, organizing, and managing legal documents; Legal research and support in preparing internal materials; Support in Due Diligence processes and area routines. Requirements: Pursuing Law degree between 6th and 9th period; Previous experience in business contracts and/or corporate law; English, at least intermediate (advanced will be considered a differential); Analytical profile, organized and detail-oriented person with ability to work under pressure.
