Logistics Trainee

The Challenge We are looking for a trainee (a) to work in the area of Inbound Logistics, supporting strategic initiatives and contributing to the efficiency of operations. The trainee (a) will work in supporting the activities of the inbound logistics area, participating from planning to execution of operations, with a focus on continuous improvement, cost reduction, and monitoring the performance of operations, aligning company strategies and customer satisfaction. Its responsibilities Support projects and initiatives related to inbound logistics, such as planning and execution of shipments, inventory management, and coordination with suppliers and customers. Participate in the development of processes and procedures to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of operations. Monitor and analyze the performance of operations, identifying areas for improvement and proposing solutions. Collaborate with the logistics team to ensure the smooth execution of operations and the achievement of goals. Develop skills and knowledge in the area of inbound logistics, staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices. Contribute to the development of the logistics team, providing support and assistance as needed. Participate in training and development programs to improve skills and knowledge. Contribute to the achievement of company goals and objectives, aligning with the company's values and mission.
