We are looking for a Legal Intern to support operational and analytical tasks in the department, including: Support in activities related to the Legal / Compliance area.


This student will be part of the CAREER IN MOTION Internship Program and, in addition to their monthly activities, will also lead a relevant project, potentially receiving a project delivery certificate in the area!

ACTIVITY DESCRIPTION:


• Organization of all company documentation on the legal network and in the Contract Monitoring Spreadsheet;

• Drafting of powers of attorney, legal documents (letters), working on contract drafts such as: Additive and Termination Agreements, small contracts, and corporate documents;

• Control of certificates and Contracts for Wayne (Headquarters and Branch);

• Control of all documentation that is sent out or received by the Legal Department;

• Assistance in the management and monitoring of judicial processes;

• Assistance in providing legal consulting to all business areas;

• Assistance in managing the Compliance program: training, communication, special projects, etc;

• Perform other related tasks, at the discretion of the immediate superior.


REQUIRED EDUCATION:


• Currently enrolled in at least the 4th period of a Law degree.


LANGUAGES:


• Advanced English;

• Intermediate level Microsoft Office Suite;
