Job description
At SAAM Towage Brasil, we are looking for our next Commercial Intern at the Headquarters.
Main Functions
- Support the Commercial team in administrative and operational activities of the area.
- Assist in billing and inter-billing control.
- Update customer registrations, contracts, and commercial information in the systems.
- Support the preparation of commercial proposals, quotations, and documents for bids.
- Assist in monitoring contracts and their expiration dates.
- Support contact with clients for follow-up on financial pending matters.
- Organize information and reports to support commercial activities.
- Contribute to market studies and identification of business opportunities.
- Comply with the company's QSMS policies, rules, and procedures.
Requirements ⚡
- Academic Background: Undergraduate studies in progress in Administration, Economics, Engineering, Foreign Trade, or related areas.
- Knowledge: Intermediate Office Suite, Familiarity with Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools will be a differential.
- Desirable: English and/or Spanish and Interest in technology and innovation.
- Contract Type: Internship.
