Role Information

EXPERT IN FUNDED TRAINING

Responsibilities

• Programming and development of the training offer;
• Coordination of area resources;
• Supervision of funded and non-funded projects;
• Development of relationships with companies, Funds, partners, and entities;
• Economic monitoring of activities;
• Improvement and innovation of organizational processes.

The ideal candidate – after an adequate period of mentoring and involvement in the company logic – will be able to independently carry out the following activities.

Qualifications

• Degree in Educational Science or equivalent;

Required Skills

• Previous experience in funded training and independent management of Interprofessional Funds, gained at Training Agencies or in the HR area of large companies;
• Experience in programming and development of the training offer;
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, respecting procedures and deadlines;
• Operational autonomy, precision, and organizational skills;
• Excellent computer skills and familiarity with dedicated platforms;
• Habit of teamwork;
• Excellent relational skills and focus on the needs of client companies;
• Ability to propose solutions, anticipate critical issues, improve processes, and bring competence, enthusiasm, and energy to the team;
• Strong desire for growth with the company and willingness to take on increasing responsibilities to contribute to the development of the Training Area;
• Residency in the province of Brescia.

Preferred Skills

• The ability to coordinate resources, trainers, and collaborators will be a preferential qualification;
• Leadership aptitude.

Salary Range and Compensation Package

• Work location: Ospitaletto or Desenzano sul Garda (BS);
• Framework and indicative salary: permanent contract, Annual Gross Salary (Ral) 30/37K full-time or 30-hour part-time + meal vouchers and possibility of smart working.
