ORIENTATION EXPERT

Umana Spa, a Human Resources Agency present on the market since 1997, with over 150 branches nationwide today, is looking for an ORIENTATION EXPERT for the MODENA branch to be included within the Active Policies team: a well-established, dynamic, and results-oriented group.

Main Activities

• One-to-One Orientation Counseling and Empowerment: Conducting in-depth interviews, skills assessments, analysis of professional needs, and one-to-one job placement support.
• Identifying candidate needs and developing personalized career plans
• Training: Designing and delivering classroom activities dedicated to soft skills and personal branding.
• Talent Acquisition: Managing the entire selection process (defining job profiles, CV screening, introductory interviews, and assessment evaluations).
• Network & Relations: Promoting on-the-job training pathways and managing contacts with funding bodies and public institutions.
• Back Office: Supervising and managing project documentation and records.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in humanities or previous experience of at least 3 years in the field of human resources.
• Skills: Knowledge of the local economic landscape and excellent organizational and documentation skills.
• Soft Skills: Strong communication skills, proactivity, and a strong results orientation.
• Car owner

What is offered

• Positioning: Fixed-Term Contract - CCNL Commerce and Services 4th Level
• Salary: starting from € 25,000 (including thirteenth and fourteenth month salary).
• The salary package is also supplemented by meal vouchers and an employee welfare plan.
• Working Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday.
