Cybersecurity Expert

One4 (Lucient Group) is looking for a Senior Cyber Security professional to join its team. We are seeking a candidate with solid technical skills, experience in security project management, and resource coordination capabilities.

The Role

The individual will be involved in complex consulting projects and will play a key role in the design, implementation, and management of Cyber Security solutions, supporting clients and collaborating with the team to ensure high security standards.

Main Activities

• Active Directory Hardening & Assessment: mapping, analysis, and securing of Active Directory environments through assessment and hardening activities.
• Threat Intelligence & Attack Simulation: use of OSINT and Offensive Security tools for attack surface analysis and threat scenario simulation.
• Incident Response & Threat Hunting: monitoring, analysis, and management of security events through XDR and SIEM platforms (e.g., Microsoft Defender for Endpoint, Microsoft Defender for Cloud, Microsoft Sentinel, CrowdStrike Falcon, and SentinelOne).
• Security Automation: development of scripts in PowerShell and Bash to automate detection, response, and remediation tasks.
• Vulnerability Management & Patch Management: management of Vulnerability Management activities through dedicated platforms (e.g., Qualys VMDR, Tenable.io/Nessus, and Rapid7 InsightVM) and use of deployment and Mobile Device Management (MDM) tools, such as Microsoft Intune, Microsoft Configuration Manager (SCCM), and Kandji.

️ Technology Stack and Required Skills

• Active Directory Assessment: PingCastle, BloodHound, Purple Knight.
• Threat Intelligence & Offensive Security: Shodan, Censys, Maltego, Burp Suite Professional, OWASP ZAP, Metasploit Framework.
• XDR & SIEM: Microsoft Defender for Endpoint, Microsoft Defender for Cloud, Microsoft Sentinel, CrowdStrike Falcon, SentinelOne.
• Query Language: excellent knowledge of Kusto Query Language (KQL) for analysis, monitoring, and investigation activities on Microsoft Sentinel and Microsoft Defender XDR.
• Scripting: advanced knowledge of PowerShell and Bash.

Microsoft

• SC-200 – Microsoft Security Operations Analyst
• SC-300 – Microsoft Identity and Access Administrator
• MD-102 – Endpoint Administrator

Blue Team

• Blue Team Level 1 (BTL1)
• Blue Team Level 2 (BTL2)

Offensive Security

• OSCP – Offensive Security Certified Professional

Work Arrangement

Hybrid mode – office located in Nova Milanese (MB) and/or Milan, with required presence 1-2 days per week.
