Ali Lavoro Spa, Personnel Selection and Research Company - Padua branch, is looking for an excellent company in the production and commercialization of Saunas and Wellness solutions located in Padua, a-una EXPERT IN FURNISHING To strengthen the commercial and technical team, we are seeking a figure that combines design and consulting skills with customer service. The Role and Your Responsibilities The resource will be responsible for following the customer throughout the purchase process, from initial consultation to project completion: - Consultation and Sales: Welcome the customer (B2B and B2C) and understand their needs to propose the most suitable Sauna/Wellness solution. - Technical Design: Use specific software to create executable projects and 3D renders of the Sauna, taking into account technical specifications and space configurations (measurements, slopes, power outlets, drainage, etc.). - Estimating: Prepare detailed estimates and sales contracts. - Technical Support: Interface with the production and installation department to ensure correct project implementation. Requirements Essential - Proven Experience: Previous experience as a Designer or Commercial Consultant in the furnishing sector is necessary. - Preferred Background: Specific experience in the Bathroom Furniture (shower, sanitaryware, accessories) or Kitchen sectors, due to the similarity in technical and hydraulic installations. - Software Competence: Excellent proficiency in using Technical Design Programs 2D/3D (e.g., CAD, specific software for rendering, sector planners). - Commercial Skills: Strong customer orientation, excellent communication skills, and a consultative sales attitude.
