Accounting Expert

The sought-after figure will be responsible for developing active and passive accounting of the construction site and monitoring cost trends. Main responsibilities: Interfacing with the project manager and site technicians to record works performed, by measure and by body, necessary for continuous development of active and passive accounting; Development of active and passive accounting and transfer thereof to clients and suppliers Interfacing with the Committent's technicians for verification of costs and expenses; Verification of invoices and payment terms; Control of cash flow and financial statements; Preparation of reports and accounts; Analysis of financial data and trends; Identification of areas for improvement and implementation of corrective measures. The figure will also be responsible for ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations, as well as maintaining accurate and up-to-date records.
