Indirect Purchasing Specialist

We are looking for an indirect purchasing specialist responsible for searching, negotiating and managing the supply of MRO materials and indirect services, focusing on generating savings and optimizing total cost. Responsibilities: Develop and execute procurement strategies for indirect categories (IT). Evaluate, select and develop suppliers, ensuring compliance in quality, cost and delivery. Manage requisitions (PR) and issue purchase orders on time. Negotiate contracts with suppliers to ensure the best possible prices. Analyze market trends and supplier performance to optimize procurement processes. Identify opportunities for cost savings and implement process improvements. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand their needs and develop solutions that meet those needs. Develop and maintain relationships with key suppliers to ensure long-term partnerships. Provide regular reports on procurement activities, including spend analysis and supplier performance metrics.
