UX/UI Specialist

Join our team as: UX/UI Specialist

Schedule: Mon to Fri, 9:00 am to 6:00 pm - Opposite Fuente de Petroleos.

Modality: Hybrid (First three months in person and then hybrid, 2 days at home and 3 in the office)

Requirements

• Degree in Design, Digital Marketing, or related field (Completed).
• At least 4 years of experience leading complete UX/UI projects.
• Advanced proficiency in Figma and experience with Design Systems from scratch.
• Experience leading design initiatives and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams.
• Knowledge or experience designing solutions with Artificial Intelligence (AI).
• Desirable experience in fintech, insurtech, e-commerce, SaaS, or marketplaces.

What will you do?

• Design UX/UI experiences for high-impact digital products.
• Lead projects with internal and external clients.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and reusable components in Figma.
• Collaborate with Product, Technology, Marketing, and Operations teams to deliver digital solutions from beginning to end.
