UI-UX Web and Mobile Specialist

As UI-UX Web and Mobile Specialist you will:

• Work alongside the PrimeUp team allocated to a major financial services client, conducting a study related to Split Payments product. You will analyze and compile user journeys and other information about the product.
• ​​​​​​Collaborate with Technology, Product, and Business areas, acting as a strategic partner in defining and evolving digital products.
• Understand user behavior, map user journeys, identify pain points and opportunities along the experience.
• Transform validated insights into visually appealing solutions, functional, and technically viable.
• Create flows, prototypes, wireframes, and interfaces for web and mobile, aligned with good design practices and accessibility.
• SUPPORT THE EVOLUTION AND MAINTENANCE OF Design Systems, ensuring visual consistency and scalability.
• Actively participate in squad rituals, such as discovery, refinements, validations, and technical definitions.

To take on this challenge you need to have experience in:

• User research, mapping user journeys, and defining personas;
• Creating flows, wireframes, prototypes, and interfaces for digital products (web and mobile);
• Design tools (Figma);
• Good UX Writing practices, usability, and accessibility;
• Design System: creation, maintenance, or evolution;
• Integration with technology teams (presentation and discussion of solutions with development);
• Understanding product metrics and using data to inform decision-making.

It would be great if you also had:

• Motion Design knowledge (microinteractions, animations);
• Experience with usability testing and behavior analysis (Hotjar, Clarity, etc.);
• Nostril of HTML/CSS to understand technical limitations;
• Experience in agile methodologies and continuous discovery-oriented work;
• A portfolio with real cases showing the process (not just screens).
