Tax Specialist

Main responsibilities:

• Act as a technical reference in Tax Reform projects and corporate tax consulting.
• Analyze unprecedented, strategic, and highly complex tax issues, building understandings and recommendations with solid legal foundation and business vision.
• Structure scenarios, simulations, and alternatives, evaluating tax impacts, risks, and implementation feasibility.
• Act in the interpretation and application of legislation for direct and indirect taxes.
• Monitor and analyze the impacts of Tax Reform, including IBS, CBS, Selective Tax, and transition rules.
• Conduct technical discussions, workshops, and presentations for clients, boards, and executives, translating complex topics into objective and actionable recommendations.
• Review critical technical deliverables, ensuring quality, consistency, and compliance with legislation.
• Develop and improve methodologies, models, tools, and technical standards for TPC Consult projects.
• Support the training and technical development of the team, sharing knowledge and guiding professionals.
• Act in identifying tax risks and opportunities, considering financial and operational impacts for clients.
• Contribute to the development of practical and applicable solutions to clients' tax challenges.

Requirements

• Completed higher education in Law, Accounting Sciences, Administration, or Economics.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in corporate tax consulting, with proven involvement in highly complex matters.
• Advanced command of direct tax legislation, especially IRPJ and CSLL.
• Advanced command of indirect tax legislation, especially PIS/COFINS, ICMS, IPI, and ISS.
• In-depth knowledge of Tax Reform, including EC 132/2023, LC 214/2025, and applicable regulations, with knowledge of IBS, CBS, Selective Tax, and transition rules.
