Technical Specialist
Job description
Objective: Support in general operation and maintenance activities of Thor Urbana Park – Apodaca I
Activities:
- Maintenance of the park's green areas
- Basic lighting check.
- Manual opening of boom gates in electrical contingencies.
- Supervision and closing of warehouses.
- Cleaning of common areas of the park.
- Support in general operation and maintenance activities.
- Attend to immediate customer requests in the park.
- Receive suppliers with whom we have equipment maintenance policies.
- Cleaning of doors, louvers, and floors belonging to pump houses and hydropneumatic systems.
