Main Challenges of the Position:
- Technically manage the regional provider network, ensuring the quality of services performed and compliance with company standards.
- Monitor the performance indicators of the technical network, identifying opportunities for improvement and driving actions to increase operational efficiency.
- Conduct audits, training, and capacity building with partners, promoting the continuous evolution of the quality of installations and maintenance.
- Act as a technical reference for providers, clients, and internal areas, supporting problem-solving and technical alignment of operations.
- Develop and implement actions to reduce failures and technical assistance, contributing to customer satisfaction and operational excellence.
- Support the implementation of new solutions, processes, and best practices with the regional partner network.
Requirements:
✔ Bachelor's degree in Administration, Engineering, or related fields;
✔ Experience with managing technical networks/service providers;
✔ Knowledge in mechanics and electrical will be essential for success in the role.
