Senior Claims Specialist - Damages

Functions:

1. Manage complex Property and Construction claims from notification to closure.
2. Define technical strategies for high severity and exposure cases.
3. Lead a team of Fire and Construction specialists.
4. Coordinate adjusters, surveyors, engineers, and specialized suppliers.
5. Collaborate with the global Allianz network on international claims and global programs.
6. Maintain direct relationships with corporate clients, brokers, and international stakeholders.

Requirements for the position:

• 8 to 12 years of experience in handling damages claims.
• Solid experience in Property, Engineering, Construction, or industrial risks.
• Technical knowledge in Property & Engineering, CAR, EAR, Business Interruption, and analysis of complex policies.
• Experience leading technical teams.
• Advanced English (C1+) to conduct meetings and present information to international teams and clients.
