Regional Internal Communications Specialist
Job description
The Regional Internal Communications Specialist will be responsible for developing and executing communication strategies that strengthen organizational culture, promote employee engagement, and support Lockton's strategic objectives in Latin America. Working in close collaboration with the Marketing, Human Resources teams, and leadership from Brazil, Argentina, Chile, Colombia, Mexico, Peru, and Uruguay, the professional will be responsible for promoting integrated, consistent communication aligned with the needs of each market, respecting the cultural particularities of the region.
In addition to leading Internal Communications initiatives, the position will support the development of strategic commercial proposals (RFPs) and provide graphic design support for strategic clients and prospects, ensuring Lockton's brand consistency, communication, and positioning across all touchpoints.
Key Responsibilities
Internal Communications
- Develop, implement, and monitor the regional Internal Communications strategy for Latin America, aligned with Lockton's strategic priorities.
- Act as a strategic partner to the Marketing, Human Resources teams, and leadership from Brazil, Argentina, Chile, Colombia, Mexico, Peru, and Uruguay, supporting local and regional initiatives.
- Develop communication plans for organizational transformation, change management, organizational culture, engagement, and employee experience initiatives.
- Plan, produce, and manage content for Internal Communications channels, including SharePoint, newsletters, corporate emails, Viva Engage, Corporate TV, podcasts, videos, internal events, and other digital platforms, ensuring consistency in language, visual identity, and employee experience.
- Advise leaders in the development of strategic communications, ensuring clear, consistent messages tailored to different audiences in the region.
- Manage the regional editorial calendar, coordinating corporate campaigns, executive communications, organizational culture initiatives, and internal events.
- Monitor performance indicators (KPIs), prepare management reports, and propose continuous improvement actions based on metrics and employee feedback.
- Collaborate with Regional and Global Communications teams to ensure strategic alignment and sharing of best practices.
- Manage content publication on Lockton's website, coordinating its adaptation for social media and other digital channels, as well as its promotion in partnership with the regional Public Relations agency.
Commercial Proposals (RFPs)
- Ensure the strategic, visual, and editorial consistency of commercial proposals and RFPs developed for Latin America.
- Manage and keep regional RFP templates updated, including standardized templates for less complex proposals.
- Coordinate, together with local teams, the development of strategic proposals and RFP processes throughout the region.
- Ensure that all proposals are aligned with the brand guidelines, institutional positioning, and commercial engagement rules.
- Work in partnership with Marketing, Business Development teams, and technical specialists to develop proposals that strengthen Lockton's positioning and competitiveness.
Strategic Graphic Design
- Provide graphic design support for strategic clients and prospects in Latin America, supporting Marketing and Business Development initiatives, whenever requested.
- Develop and adapt PowerPoint presentations, commercial proposals, and other institutional and marketing materials.
- Transform technical information and complex messages into clear, attractive, and visually impactful materials for presentations, executive meetings, and RFP processes.
- Ensure that all materials comply with Lockton's global brand and visual identity guidelines.
Requirements:
- Higher education in marketing, communication, or related fields.
- Knowledge and experience in layout, image editing, and video production, using tools such as Microsoft PowerPoint, Adobe InDesign, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Premiere Pro.
- Experience in institutional content production, executive communications, presentations, and corporate materials.
- Knowledge of branding guidelines, visual identity, and brand positioning.
- Experience in project management, with the ability to coordinate multiple initiatives simultaneously in a regional environment.
- Knowledge of Internal Communications and collaboration platforms, such as Microsoft SharePoint, Viva Engage, and other solutions from the Microsoft 365 ecosystem.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft 365, especially PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and Teams.
- Knowledge of email marketing and digital communication tools (RD Station).
- Fluency in Portuguese and Spanish, both oral and written communication.
Desirable:
- Fluency in English.
- Knowledge of the Insurance market.
