We are hiring: Legal Specialist | Atizapán–Atlacomulco Highway Project
We are looking for a Legal Professional with experience in corporate and contractual matters who wants to be part of a high-impact highway project in the State of Mexico.
What will you do?
✔ Provide legal advice on corporate and construction operations.
✔ Draft and review contracts, minutes, deeds, and legal documents.
✔ Keep corporate books updated in accordance with the LGSM (General Corporations Law of Mexico).
✔ Handle and prepare claims from construction contractors.
✔ Participate in the legal management of rights-of-way.
✔ Ensure regulatory compliance, including personal data protection.
Key Requirements:
Law Degree
Experience: 5 years in legal area and +3 years in corporate
✍ Proficiency in drafting and negotiating contracts
Fluent English
⚖ Knowledge in civil, commercial, administrative, labor, and tax law
