Junior Endpoint Security Specialist

At SCITUM, a leading cybersecurity company in Mexico and Latin America, we are seeking talent to join our team as: Junior Endpoint Security Specialist.

Focus: The position will focus on the operation, administration, and support of non-perimeter security solutions, primarily endpoint, antivirus, antimalware, antispam, EDR, and DLP. Basic knowledge in CyberArk, PAM, or EPM will also be valued.

Requirements

• Education: Engineering or Bachelor's degree in Systems, Informatics, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field.

• Experience: From six months in support, operation, or administration of non-perimeter security solutions.

• Technical English.

• Certifications: Not mandatory. Courses or knowledge related to endpoint, antivirus, antimalware, antispam, EDR, DLP, PAM, EPM, or CyberArk will be valued.

Essential Knowledge

• Administration or management of endpoint solutions.

• Antivirus, antimalware, and antispam.

• Email security.

• EDR and DLP.

• Management of additions, removals, and changes in security tools.

• Monitoring of technology availability.

• Basic knowledge of CyberArk, PAM, or EPM.

For this position, experience focused on firewalls or perimeter security solutions is not required.

Location and Work Scheme

• Current Zone: San Jerónimo, Mexico City.

• Modality: 100% in-person.

• Schedule: Rotating shifts from Monday to Sunday, with weekdays off and availability to cover rest day shifts.
