IMSS - SIROC Specialist

Job description

Position: IMSS Analyst

Location: Santa Fe | CDMX


A leading company in the construction sector, we are looking to integrate an IMSS - SIROC Specialist into our team, responsible for ensuring compliance with the social security obligations of the group's companies, ensuring adherence to current regulations, and providing support to ongoing projects.


Requirements

  • Experience in SIROC, REPSE, and administrative processes related to construction projects.
  • Knowledge and management of CORP 01 and CORP 02, closing files, and construction project closing processes with IMSS.
  • Management of SUA, IDSE, SIPARE, IMSS Digital, and INFONAVIT.
  • Solid knowledge of the Social Security Law, INFONAVIT Law, and other applicable provisions.
  • Experience in registrations, terminations, modifications, and construction project movements with IMSS.
  • Excel management at an intermediate/advanced level.
  • Experience in the construction sector, preferably in companies with multiple projects or works.


Main Responsibilities

  • Ensure the timely calculation and payment of employer obligations regarding social security, including IMSS, INFONAVIT, and ISN.
  • Administer and keep employee information and employer registrations updated on IMSS's institutional platforms.
  • Manage procedures with IMSS, INFONAVIT, and FONACOT, including opening employer registrations, activating IMSS Mailbox, creating SIPARE and INFONAVIT accesses, and other administrative tasks.
  • Coordinate compliance with obligations related to SIROC and REPSE, ensuring adherence to current regulations.
  • Integrate files for the administrative closing of projects and maintain up-to-date compliance documentation.
  • Attend internal audits related to employee-employer contributions, RCV, INFONAVIT, and ISN, providing the required information and documentation.
  • Validate the compliance of contractors' and subcontractors' social security obligations, including reviewing compliance opinions, documentation, and uploading information per project.
  • Follow up on project linkages in SIROC and manage the integration of bi-monthly and quarterly reports.
  • Prepare and submit the annual Work Risk Premium declaration in accordance with applicable legislation.
  • Provide advice and support to the different areas of the organization on social security matters, promoting compliance with legal and regulatory provisions.
