FINANCIAL STRATEGY SPECIALIST

Act as a technical and strategic specialist in the Treasury area, supporting management and the team in financial feasibility studies, contracting financial operations, risk management, and supporting the board.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Perform financial feasibility calculations for credit, investment, and project operations;
• Structure and implement treasury routines, including policies, controls, and indicators for continuous improvement of Treasury;
• Negotiate loan and financing operations with relationship banks, considering accounting and fiscal impacts;
• Banking Relationship;
• Analysis of market, credit, and liquidity risks, in order to support strategic decisions;
• Management of financial contracts;
• Support in structuring policies, management and contracting of hedging, and financial risk management when applicable;
• Develop and implement measures to mitigate financial risks;
• Key-user in company projects.

CHALLENGES

• Analyze financial data and provide insights;
• Ensure that company processes and controls are in line with compliance;
• Develop reports for management;
• Identify and analyze the financial risks faced by the company and develop strategies to mitigate them;

REQUIREMENTS

• University degree in Economics, Administration, Accounting, Finance, or related areas;
• Solid experience in the Financial Market (financial products, foreign exchange, and derivatives);
• Experience in debt structuring, banking relationships, and contract negotiation;
• Analytical skills and ability to solve complex problems;
• Knowledge of regulation and taxation of financial products;
• Negotiation skills;
• Advanced Office Package (advanced Excel), Power BI, SQL (database tool);
• Ease of working in a team and serving different hierarchical levels;
• Availability for hybrid work in the city of Boituva/SP (shuttle for some cities in the region: Boituva, Iperó, Sorocaba, Votorantim, Itu, Salto, Cerquilho, Tatuí, Porto Feliz, Campinas, Indaiatuba).
