Renewable Energy and Attributes Specialist

Mission: Supervise, coordinate, and prepare procedures and obligations before regulatory authorities in Mexico and the Dominican Republic, as well as contractual fulfillments related to generation and supply contracts. Responsibilities: Prepare written submissions for contractual fulfillments. Monitor compliance with contractual obligations of PPAs. Review legal clauses of new contracts or proposals under negotiation. Management and tracking of projects and tasks assigned by the team leader. Coordinate and prepare reports on project progress and milestones. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including clients, suppliers, and partners. Provide technical support to the team as needed. Identify and mitigate potential risks and conflicts. Analyze and interpret data to inform business decisions. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments. Collaborate with other departments to achieve common goals. Ensure effective communication and coordination among team members. Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity. Provide training and guidance to junior staff as needed. Maintain accurate records and reports of project activities and outcomes. Coordinate and participate in meetings, workshops, and training sessions. Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of the company's products, services, and operations.
