We have a development project for a new plant in Cd. Obregón, Sonora in the works, which is why we are looking for:
Human Resources Specialist
We are looking for a person with excellent communication skills at all organizational levels, with a high focus on achieving objectives and results. With great teamwork skills, who values learning, delivers operational excellence, and drives change.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate the recruitment and selection process for operational and administrative positions, ensuring timely coverage of vacancies.
- Comply with internal mobility programs and cover operational vacancies according to established guidelines.
- Manage the onboarding and integration process for new employees.
- Coordinate and support the execution of performance, recognition, engagement, and organizational culture programs.
- Follow up on the annual training plan, coordinating courses, records, and compliance with applicable legal requirements.
- Coordinate and follow up on organizational events (onboarding, recognition programs, and internal events) to strengthen the work environment and employee integration.
- Validate incidents reported by supervisors, promptly preparing weekly and bi-weekly payrolls for payment on the dates established by corporate.
- Validate vacations and vacation premiums for Weekly and Bi-weekly Payroll for the payment process.
- Punctually comply with the benefits and advantages established in the collective bargaining agreement, maintaining a close relationship with the union, in order to avoid legal/labor issues.
- Prepare monthly reports.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Administration, Psychology, or related field.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in Human Resources (Desirable in a manufacturing plant)
- Knowledge of LFT (Federal Labor Law), IMSS (Mexican Social Security Institute), Payroll, Training, Recruitment.
- Effective communication, teamwork, and high focus on achieving objectives.
